The show management reserves the right to accept or refuse an exhibitor request. Space will be assigned with consideration given but not limited to the timeliness of the application, nature of product or services displayed as well as space available.  Booth rent is non-refundable. 

The International Crop Expo show and the Alerus Center will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, expense, cost, charges, liability, claims and demand occurring or resulting from actions or omissions by the exhibitor in conjunction with the International Crop Expo show. You will maintain in effect for the period of this agreement, your own property insurance, as well as Commercial general liability insurance for your exhibit.  You must also agree to comply with all the Alerus Center rules and regulations.
